The blandiose gilly gaupus juggled the orgulous doodle sack, or Fireworks (Unplugged: Container).
While waiting to head out to the fireworks, we decided to make our own using our Pop Bottle Science kit (a regular glass would work just as well). First we added a tablespoon of oil to a jar:
Then some food coloring (a few drops of each color):
We shook the jar:
And after filling the bottle with water:
We added the contents of the jar:
And waited for this:
Not quite as impressive as the real thing, however:

Ooh! We love to do fireworks-themed crafts and projects at this time of year, but this is one we haven't done. Thanks for the seasonal twist!
