The theme for Muffin Tin Monday this week is Food Pyramid/Nutrition but, unfortunately, the vegetables group will not be making an appearance until lunchtime.
In the bowl are oats, cranberries, raisins and milk (grains, fruit and milk groups), and in the muffin tin are walnuts, cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds, pepitas and sesame seeds, all part of the meats & beans group.
Here's Zachary while putting his meal together (he's smiling not because he's enjoying being so healthy, but because I'd just said, "Was that a fart?"):
This post is dedicated to my dad, who complained about my last post being up at the top too long.

I love this idea! Creating your own foods would be such fun!
Being called out in your post, makes me feel like I'm famous!
This is definitely a different type of muffin tin meal and I love it. It looks fun, interactive, and healthy.
This is a great idea!
I love this idea. I want someone to serve it to me.
I love the part about the fart! I love to see children laugh! Thanks for sharing.
What a fun idea to make your own muesli!
