The animated nurse confused the easily offended custard, or Roasted chickpeas.



First we rinsed our chickpeas (and patted with a paper towel when we were done):



Then we added 1/2 tablespoon garam masala:



And 1 tablespoon olive oil:



Mixed:



And placed in one layer on a foil-covered baking sheet (and then baked at 425 degrees until crispy--about 37 minutes):



And ate:

do you like chickpeas alot??? I am kinda afraid to get them for fear of not likeing them, but Ive never had them! I see them like you've made them in magazines all the time, I think I just might have to try them now! and looks so healthy! Thanks!!
