The stingy monster tore apart the angelic fellow, or Mini fruit tarts.



To make up for the bagful of M&M's the boys ingested after their last day of swimming lessons:



We made something a little healthier for our afternoon snack.

First we mashed up bananas:



And filled up our mini tart shells:



Then we added more fruit:





And ate:

btw we recieved Zachary's letter today, Lu just love it, stuck the magnent on the fridge RIGHT AWAY ... and said they must like smore's LOL, he's my new best friend ... Thanks soo much!

That's sweet! We were trying to get it to you by National S'mores Day, but it didn't work out that way.

Oh yumm!!!! Not only do they look scrumptious & healthy... but easy too! I am all about the easy lol. Fortunately for me though, my daughter is a fruit-a-holic & doesn't need it presented to her so beautifully... I on the other hand... I want one right now!

That is a great idea. Where did you get the tart shells? I want to make these. I think it would be fun to cut up a bunch of fruit so everyone can make their own.
