The cromulent criticaster toozled the alexiteric mistresspiece, or Snow ice cream.

It's our fourth day out of school but the first real snow day. The others were ice days. We can't get down our driveway because of the ice and, apparently,  the only snow plows here are being used for the Super Bowl. We're out of ice cream. We could have made real ice cream, but that takes five hours. So instead we made snow ice cream.

We played while our bowl collected snow:

When the bowl was full we mixed sweetened condensed milk and a teaspoon of vanilla into it, and then we ate:

We're linking this post up with the Play Academy at NurtureStore.

Wow, great idea. I've never had snow ice cream. Thank you very much for sharing with us at the Play Academy.

I remember having snow ice cream when I was a kid. We had a lot of ice this year, and a little snow, but not enough to make it with my kids...
